Let’s Get Personal

Q: What are your two truths?

#1: Leave it better than you found it.

#2: Love wins. Always.

Q: What is your one power move?

When I work with clients and leaders to build and cultivate relationships – whether they be alliances, partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations – they are built to last. The power move is affecting real, sustainable change. When we crafted an advocacy strategy for healthcare providers who could be impacted by the reduction of patient access to key therapies, we put in motion a massive outreach and coalition-building initiative that resulted in the broad passage of unique legislation to protect vulnerable Oregonians’ health needs. We demonstrated and cultivated changes in approach by policymakers that showed they understood the need, and we equipped them with groundcover and strategy, resulting in enhanced access and a healthier population.
