About Ann Bouchard

Ann Bouchard is the founder and president of Bouchard Communications Group (BCG), a full-service marketing, advertising, public relations, and digital agency she launched in 1994 after several years in corporate communications. She has led the agency for more than 30 years, building a practice known for helping clients build their brands, grow awareness, engage their audiences, and drive growth.

Her work spans the private and public sectors, with deep experience in strategic marketing, branding, integrated communications, public relations, marketing automation, direct marketing, and data analysis. BCG's client base includes state and local government agencies, industry groups, local and national nonprofits, and local, regional, and national brands.

Ann and her team have earned multiple local and national awards for their work across a wide range of client engagements. BCG's client roster has included Oakley, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, Black Bear Diner, RadioShack, the California Housing Finance Agency, SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, UC Davis Health, Sierra College, Villara Building Systems, Republic Elite Integration, Paul Martin's American Bistro, the City of Rocklin, the San Francisco Department of Elections, The Gathering Inn, and 3Strands Global Foundation, among others. Notable public-sector work includes the rollout of San Francisco's ranked-choice voting system, CalHFA's Keep Your Home California outreach, and Placer County's Beware of the Seven campaign.

Ann is also the founder of Matrix Manager, Inc., an online direct marketing fulfillment platform built to manage complex direct mail and email automation campaigns, primarily for banks and credit unions. She is a frequent speaker to professional and community groups on marketing, communications, and business growth.

Ann is the immediate past chair of the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she led initiatives focused on economic development, workforce strategy, and public-private collaboration. During her tenure as chair, she also spearheaded the Chamber's CEO search, guiding the board through the selection of new executive leadership. She also chairs Placer Valley 2026, Placer County's largest annual business summit.

Her leadership has been recognized with multiple honors, including the 2023 President's Award from the Roseville Area Chamber of Commerce and recognition as a 2023 finalist for the Wise Woman / Businesswoman of the Year award from the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
